I love using “in season” fruits and vegetables to cook meals during the different times of year. The food always tastes better and it’s fun to associate specific recipes and memories with a season. This is my favorite website to refer to for what foods are in season. Happy cooking!

Carrie’s Tip
When will the heat go away?! To stay cooler choose clothes in natural fabrics. Cotton, for instance, is much more breathable than polyester or rayon. It’s also better at absorbing sweat and dries faster, which means you won’t feel sweaty as long as you would if your clothes were made of synthetic fabric.
