What is your favorite fashion trend for spring and can you suggest some affordable ways to wear it?

Answer: There are a lot of great trends for spring but my favorite one has to be ruffles. I’ve always been pretty girly and gravitated towards floral, ruffle and lace details. Anything romantic or feminine immediately catches my eye. Plus their dramatic and fun! The ruffle trend can be tricky because you don’t want to over do it and look like you are wearing Jerry Seinfeld’s pirate shirt 🙂 Tailor it down with some basic items and you will look great. You don’t need to over do it with your accessories either. Simple and classic.

Ruffle tops are also a great choice for a valentine’s day outfit! Red isn’t your only option. Instead try a pretty blush top with a subtle ruffle detail paired with a dark pair of denim jeans.
