Alison’s Tip

To all my brand new mommies and daddies out there, it can be stressful introducing your dog to your new baby. One tip to help with the adjustment is to have someone bring a blanket or a piece of the baby’s clothing from the hospital and have your dog smell and sleep with it before the you come home. Did you know that duct tape can help to get rid of a child’s wart? Researchers think that there is something about the gray fabric that seems to irritate the wart. Place a small piece of duct tape over the wart and keep the tape on for 6 days. After six days remove the tape and soak the wart in warm water for 15 minutes.
