I was honored to be invited to Farmer’s Table Boca Raton’s private dining media event to tour their newly renovated space and sample the new menu. Fresh healthy organic food, amazing atmosphere, and passionate, evolving, and creative owners, Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton is where it’s at! Co-owners, Joey Giannuzzi and Mitchell Robbins, Executive Chef, Wilson Wieggel, and their marketing/sales team, joined us for a 4 course tasting as they described their new menu and shared their vision. What struck me the most, with the exception of the amazing cuisine and rustic setting, was the passion and dedication Joey and Mitchell have for their restaurant. I know the success of any business stems from spirited owners who want to meet their clients needs and continue to evolve. Joey and Mitchell share in their passion for Farmer’s Table and it shows in the quality of the food, the dedication of the staff, and the welcoming atmosphere.
The media tour began in their new space which provides a private dining area for an array of functions and parties. The décor is beautiful, the space is intimate, and the atmosphere is fun. The new private dining area is perfect for parties, business presentations, and private events, and the features include:

Now let’s get to the best part…THE MENU! We began the evening with an assortment of appetizers and featured drinks that were original and refreshing. We sipped on signature cocktails made from “Garden to Glass.” The ingredients of the signature cocktails are grown on site in the Farmer’s Table garden beds. The appetizers were delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to get your appetite enticed for the main course.
We were then seated in the private dining area and served a 5 course tasting meal while we chatted with Joey and Mitchell about their inspirations and passions behind the food. They both have a vision for healthy eating while not sacrificing taste and they share concern for customers needs. For instance, Mitchell was telling me that customers with children were inquiring about a quick and delicious kid friendly menu. Farmer’s Table created a children’s menu consisting of healthy farm to table food, which is served in less than 10 minutes from ordering, and does not include the typical unhealthy macaroni and cheese, hot dogs or fried chicken fingers. Farmer’s Table is a versatile restaurant created for the entire community. The food was fresh, healthy and delicious. We left feeling full without that stuffed and over-fed feeling you can get after eating unhealthy and processed foods.
